Study Journalism at Stellenbosch Journalism

Stellenbosch Journalism offers globally recognised qualifications in the field of Journalism. Students will be exposed to theories, concepts and practices that will enable them to define a career in the field. The Department offers three qualifications:  BAHons Journalism, MA Journalism and PhD Journalism.  programme is probably the most popular of all the courses offered by Stellenbosch University’s postgraduate Department of Journalism. 

Applications open in May and close on 31 August every year. Prospective Honours and Masters are required to write an entry test before admission and PhD candidates must submit a research proposal.
